No New Failures
As of 6:25 pm est there have been no new failures. The Bank Blog will be updated should new information come in.
I'm interested in mergers and acquisitions by struggling banks, such as the ones on your at-risk list. What if banks are merging instead of risking closure by the FDIC? This could be a productive angle for the blog: finding out what the banks on your list are doing if they are not closing.
